Ms. Cai Linyan is a Secretary (Chinese) of APSCEETH. She obtained her MBA from the University of Wales, England. She was vice president of public relations of China Friendship Association.  She was also the Chairman of DeZhi enterprise Ltd. of Shanghai. Since the year of 1996, Ms. Cai started her logistics business and then became a leader of logistics industry.

Ms. Cai is very keen and committed to social charity works for many years. She financially helped many students with financial difficulties in Shanghai Maritime University. She had donated money and books to Guizhou Nayong elementary school library. She raised thousands of yuans for the Beijing House of Angels to save the Children.

She had been awarded “excellent students” of Public Relations Manager Training and Demonstration Bases in China, and “the Most Honest Entrepreneurs” title for her business.

Ms. Cai held a number of positions in Australia. She is a Secretary of Association of Overseas Zhejiang Federation.  She is a founder and Secretary of Australia’s Elite Fellowship Association.

Ms. Cai’s motto are: kind to others, honest in doing business.

热衷于公益活动。 为北京天使之家儿童救助会募集捐款等等。
