9月15日星期天下午兩點至四點，促进会在Preston Intercultural Centre, 59A Roseberry Ave, Preston举行了2019年的年会。
年会约有14个会员和理事参加，有蒋会长主持，财务长曹华汇报了2019年度的财务收支情况，一致通过了财务报告。会议还讨论了促进会2020年的活动安排.
会议为大家准备了美味可口的自制的桃酥饼，花卷和茶水。与会期间，有几个新会员介绍了他们的情况，大家增进了了解，年会在和谐的气氛中结束。
On the 15th of September, it was a beautiful sunny day afternoon. The APSCEETH held an Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Preston Intercultural Centre, 59A Roseberry Ave, Preston.
There were about 14 members attending the AGM. During the meeting, Dr Chiang reviewed the activities we had in 2019 and discussed the future activities. Treasurer Dr. Hua Cao presented the annual financial report. All the members have approved her report.
We prepared some home made cookies and Chinese dim sun for the afternoon tea. Everyone enjoyed it.
